Period and number of classes

01 Course meets
5 days a week

The course is available from Monday to Friday and a one-month course finishes when 20 sessions of classes are completed.

For a 5 days a week course, you can postpone class 4 times a month for 20 sessions.
(available up to 1 hour before class starts)

02 Course meets
3 days a week

The course is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and a one-month course finishes when 12 sessions of classes are completed.

For a 3 days a week course, you can postpone class 2 times a month for 12 sessions.
(available up to 1 hour before class starts)

03 Course meets
2 days a week

The course is available on Tuesday and Thursday and a one-month course finishes when 8 sessions of classes are completed.

For a 2 days a week course, you can postpone class 1 time a month for 8 sessions.
(available up to 1 hour before class starts)

Cancellation and Refund

If the remaining course period is less than one month in case paid for one month
  • Before course begins

    Full refund of your payment.

  • Before 1/3 of the total course time has elapsed

    Refund the amount after we deduct 1/3 of normal tuition fee (before discount) from your payment.

  • Before 1/2 of the total course time has elapsed

    Refund the amount after we deduct 1/2 of normal tuition fee (before discount) from your payment.

  • After 1/2 of the total course time has elapsed

    No refund.

If the remaining course period is more than one month in case paid for three months
  • Before course begins

    Full refund of your payment.

  • After course begins

    Refund 80% of the sum from the calculated fee of the month when the refund is requested (refer to the regulation in case paid for one month) and the tuition fee for the remaining months.

* Postponing a class is a free service provided to students who have finished the agreed period of the course. If you want ask for a refund during the course, postponed classes are considered normal classes and we will deduct the cost of them.
In case of purchasing credits
  • After beginning to use course credit

    Full refund of your payment.

  • After course begins

    Refund 80% of the total amount of tuition fee of remaining credits after the day when the refund is requested.

* Credits expire 180 days after the date of purchase. We will not refund after that.
  • We will refund the amount after we deduct payment fee and remittance fee and reverse any discount.
  • In principle, refunds should be made through the payment method the member used. However, if it is difficult to get a refund by this method because the expiration date is no longer valid, etc., we will refund via wire transfer.
  • The processing of the refund application may take several days or weeks depending on the payment method, and the member shall not hold the company responsible unless it is a deliberate delay by the company.
